APPAREL SALES MANAGER

We have a full-time position available as a retail Sales Manager in our Apparel department. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail salesperson to assume a leadership role in a premier power sports dealership. We are looking for someone who is a team player with a positive attitude looking for a fun, fast paced environment in a great industry with an awesome brand.

Candidates must have prior retail sales experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k plan and employee discounts.

Responsibilities/skills for this position include but are not limited to:

Customer Interaction:
Greet and Serve: Welcome every customer courteously and promptly.
Product Knowledge: Answer questions and assist customers in identifying and selecting fashion and functional apparel and riding gear that aligns with their preferences.
Active Selling: Actively solicit sales and suggest products that fulfill customer’s needs.
Visual Merchandising:
Appealing Retail Environment: Set up and maintain an attractive retail display.
Compelling Visuals: Create compelling visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales Floor Support:
Assist Customers: Engage with customers, help them find the perfect items, and encourage sales.
Style and Fit Suggestions: Provide tailored style and fit recommendations through active selling.
Staff Leadership:
Train and mentor Sales Associates
Schedule staff to optimize floor coverage.
Assist Merchandise Buyer with product recommendations to maximize sales and inventory turnover.
Restocking and merchandise displays.

All new hires must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00

Expected Hours: 40 per week.
