**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a proactive and versatile In-House Sales Manager to lead our in-house sales initiatives, managing walk-in customers, nurturing dealer relationships in the Los Angeles and Inland Empire regions, representing Cosmo Appliances at industry conventions, engaging in social media activities, and leveraging sales through newsletters to showcase our products. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a dedication to driving sales across various channels while coaching and training the sales team for success.
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage directly with walk-in customers at our showroom, offering product insights and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers in the area, fostering partnerships to drive sales and enhance brand visibility
- Lead and motivate the in-house sales team, setting sales targets and strategies to achieve organizational objectives
- Implement effective cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand the customer base
- Manage the in-house showroom, ensuring an inviting and informative environment for walk-in customers
- Monitor sales metrics, providing guidance and coaching to team members to enhance sales techniques and achieve targets
- Conduct training sessions for sales representatives, focusing on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials, promotions, and strategies
- Engage in social media activities, including creating and participating in product demonstration videos to showcase our offerings
- Leverage newsletters to find leads and drive sales by curating engaging content and promotions, maximizing sales opportunities
- Actively participate in industry conventions, representing Cosmo Appliances, networking, and exploring business expansion opportunities
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales management, including direct customer engagement and dealer relationship building
- Strong background in cold calling and driving sales initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with kitchen appliances or related industry (preferred)
- Willingness to travel for dealer engagements as required
**Salary**
Starting Salary at $41,000 and up annually depending on experience + commission
