Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Manage key accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify business development opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology-related field
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent account management and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and ability to understand complex products/services
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
