Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales.
- Work closely with clients to gather pool specifications and design preferences.
- Set appointments, follow up with leads, and log sales activities.
- Conduct contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction with terms.
- Collaborate with permitting and engineering teams as needed post sale.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pool or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and company standards.
