Territory Account Manager
This position is responsible for the promotion of Pharmaceutical Specialties, Inc., the makers of Vanicream™ Sensitive Skin Care. Vanicream™ is the #1 Dermatologist Recommended Brand for Sensitive Skin. This is primarily achieved through managing a specified territory and detailing physicians on the uses and advantages of our line of personal care products.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Territory Management
- Travel to an assigned territory to visit healthcare professionals.
- Proactively make phone calls to new and existing customers, introducing products, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Account Growth
- Implement and drive strategies to manage account/client growth.
- Strengthen customer relationships by performing sales support activities (e.g., product training and education events).
- Market Analysis
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing team.
- Trade Shows
- Attend industry-related trade shows to represent the company and showcase products.
- New Product Launch
- Drive market development by actively participating in the launch of new products, including developing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring successful market launch.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
- There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- This job requires the employee to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or stand for periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. During the year, the employee will also attend multi-day conferences, which require long periods of standing.

USUAL WORKING HOURS
- In-office position at our facility in Rochester, Minnesota.
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as the job duties demand.
- Capability to work extended hours if necessary.
TRAVEL
- This position requires up to 30% travel, which is frequently outside the local area and overnight.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous customer service preferred.
