Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Mid-Market Account Manager to join our team, focusing on nurturing existing customer relationships, expanding accounts, and acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned mid-market accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, working to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
- New Client Acquisition: Actively pursue new mid-market client opportunities, developing strategies to close business and expand our customer base.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and client needs, leveraging this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Candidates must have direct experience in the information technology industry for a minimum of 3 years. The ideal candidate will be employed or recently employed with an IT consulting company or managed services provider specializing in providing IT support services, implementing Microsoft cloud solutions and application development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple accounts effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving team and organizational goals.

- 8% of revenue (services only) for every dollar sold above $500,000 and 3% of revenue (services only) for existing accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
