Job Overview
The Account Manager supports Occu-Med by making sure each department is meeting its contractual obligations. They handle the clients’ complaints, find solutions to their problems, and create and maintain a positive working relationship between their HR/Admins/management and future employees. This role consults with clients to understand their needs and conveys the value of the services provided. The Account Manager helps clients evaluate the impact of decisions made regarding placement of job applicants into positions and reasonable accommodation.
Duties
- Serve as client services manager to include daily/weekly inquiries, phone calls, and/or meetings.
- Oversee new Client implementations to ensure systems and workflows are in place to deliver the contracted services efficiently in concert with Business Development.
- Help to manage Analysts/Managers and assist with their client questions/inquiries.
- Responsible for client reporting daily, weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc.
- Review customer survey feedback results, ensure feedback is provided to necessary individuals, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Determine opportunities for client engagement.
- Support other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Operations Team.
- Maintain Client protocols and contacts to ensure teams know how to deliver the service and who they are delivering to.
- Create and maintain testing profiles for employers.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing program results, key performance indicators, and areas for improvement.
- Uphold ethical standards in client interactions and business practices, always maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and expectations related to occupational medicine services.
- Seek approval for proposed costs associated with implementing tailored occupational medicine solutions for our valued clients.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations and confidential information with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
