Position Summary:
KPG has partnered with a thriving medical technology manufacturer. They are seeking a full-time Sales Support Representative to join their dynamic team. This role will work closely with their high-demand field Sales Representatives and the finance team to ensure timely and accurate deal processing.
Shift: Monday- Friday
Pay: $25-$26 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process sales contracts with precision and attention to detail
- Manage inquiries, escalating special cases for management approval
- Perform accurate data entry and CRM database updates
- Submit shipment authorizations and notify customers of shipments
- Support the sales team with additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree- Preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and a professional, diplomatic approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Team-oriented mindset and availability to work extended hours when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Additional courses or certifications in Salesforce are a plus
- Prior experience in the medical device industry is beneficial
