Our company is hiring a Sales Representative who is ready to explore their personal skills and dive into creating meaningful improvements in the technology and sales industry. The Sales Representative will find solutions for our client's needs. They will assist each customer in providing them with superior customer service based on their product and service knowledge and assist with their sales order and account management. With the right tools, our Sales Representatives continue to increase the sales revenue generated in local markets. We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping others and motivated to advance professionally.

In this Sales Representative role, you can expect to:

  • Work within a given territory to interact with consumers given to us by our clients and educate them on services and product packages that meet their needs
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop the skills necessary to explain products and services information about our clients to any customer and why their services are beneficial
  • Interact with customers on a regular basis to build long-lasting client relationships
  • Process sales orders and keep customer information confidential in our CRM system
  • Manage and grow current customer base while also expanding new customer acquisitions
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals with the Sales Representative team to exceed clients' needs and expectations

Preferred Qualifications We Are Looking For In A Sales Representative:

  • Prior sales experience, client facing, client management, or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment to reach target
  • Have a great work ethic and drive to improve sales metrics
  • Coachable mindset with the willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Computer, tablet, or any technology related skills is a bonus
  • Comfortable working with customers in person on a regular basis
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to any situation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
