Position Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Aheeva, you will be crucial in supporting our diverse, global client base. This position requires a technically savvy individual proficient in managing customer relationships and can effectively address their needs with our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical guidance to clients, helping them maximize the benefits of our software.
- Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings to understand client needs and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to seamlessly implement and optimize our solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer engagement and product utilization.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, the market, and industry trends.
- Manage and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to improve them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a technology-focused company.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot software issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in French and English. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
