As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team and support our sales efforts.

Job Description:
As an Assistant Sales Manager at The Camp Transformation Center, you will play a vital role in assisting the General Sales Manager in driving revenue growth and managing the sales team. We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and eager to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Sales Manager in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and provide guidance as needed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to monitor sales performance and track key metrics.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to improve their sales techniques and customer service.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by working closely with other departments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the sales team.
  • Knowledge of fitness and wellness products and services is a plus.

Note: The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the General Sales Manager to support the sales team and contribute to revenue growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,284.47 - $49,718.93 per year
