Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Sales Manager to take ownership of driving Flat Fee Landlord’s growth. This leadership role requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a startup environment, acting as a self-starter who takes initiative and delivers results. You’ll manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales representatives, develop and execute strategies to achieve quotas, and play a critical role in recruiting top talent.

The ideal candidate is not just a sales leader but a relationship builder who networks with vendors and referral sources, strengthens our brand presence, and aligns with our culture and vision.

ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Management

  • Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA): Drive the performance of the sales team, ensuring quotas and KPIs are met while fostering professional growth.
  • Develop sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and 10-year vision.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback, support, and accountability.
  • Create a culture of high performance and collaboration aligned with Flat Fee Landlord’s core values (THE CUT).

Recruitment and Team Building

  • Take ownership of recruiting high-performing sales agents, with an early focus on team expansion.
  • Build and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top talent aligned with our mission and values.
  • Establish and manage onboarding processes to set new agents up for success.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting company-wide and individual sales quotas.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and sales data to refine strategies and increase effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales team to develop their skills and maximize results.

Business Development and Networking

  • Develop strong relationships with referral sources, vendors, and community partners to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Represent Flat Fee Landlord at industry events, networking opportunities, and community functions.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align business development efforts with company objectives.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience

  • Proven success in a sales management role with a track record of meeting or exceeding team quotas.
  • Experience working in a startup environment, with the ability to adapt, own your role, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong recruiting and team-building expertise, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate or property management (strongly preferred).
  • Real estate license required prior to hire.
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,530.00 - $130,000.00 per year
