What Will You Get To Do:
- Lead the Distribution Sales team to drive profitable sales growth, increase market share and manage account activities
- Manage territory sales managers and Independent Rep groups in your assigned region
- Identify business changes due to: technology, culture, economy, competition
- Responsible for P&L performance
- Develop & achieve specific targets for revenue growth, profitability and market share
- Ensure success of the marketing plan through sales efforts to distribution channel and key accounts
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships
- Execute promotional sales campaigns to increase product family sales ad exposure
- Prepare and deliver presentations for new products, program and promotions
- Resolve customer service issues and provide solutions
What Will You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Distribution Sales, Account Management and leading a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or comparable experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, Proficiency in at least one CRM platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel at least 50% to properly support customer visits, territory oversight, meetings, shows and events
