The Sales Coordinator is an entry level position with a career path to the Sales arena. Candidates must be highly motivated, eager to learn, and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for assisting the team with group sales leads, creating proposals, drafting Sales Agreements, entering bids into electronic RFP systems, social media support, printed collateral, etc. Additional tasks can include assisting with client events, solicitation and marketing related projects, and reporting among other items as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the Sales role, and progress to a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask, complete projects in a timely manner, and enjoys competition. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
