Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field, is required.
- An advanced degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate activities involving the sales of all products offered by the company.
- Identify, plan and prioritize developmental projects based on projected customer needs.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
- Periodically conduct technology/product updates for the Sales Team.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Conduct and document meetings with appropriate cross functional teams.
- Prepare action plans for individuals as well as for the team for effective search of leads and prospects.
- Maintain contact with key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade meetings to listen to customers and promote products.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Model and create a continuous learning mindset amongst teams via active use and engagement with the learning tools and opportunities provided by FWM.
- Ensure accountability of team members through expectation setting, communication, coaching, performance management, corrective action, and potentially performance improvement plans in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Conduct 6:15 conversations with direct reports according to FWM’s schedule.
- Promote development among team members by identifying growth opportunities, encouraging stretch assignments and providing support for continual learning and advancement.
- Manage individuals based on the essential functions and responsibilities as listed in their job description.
Skills Needed:
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Must be able to work without close supervision and be capable of self-checking completed work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work with a team of professionals located throughout the world.
- Individual must have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Command of a second language beyond English is preferred.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Fast paced production environment.
- Travel is approximately 50% of the time.
- Must be able to access all areas of operation, including second floors.
- Occasional lifting and bending required.
- Moderate amounts of time spent sitting at a desk and interacting on the production floor.
