Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, business development, and account management. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can effectively negotiate and manage relationships with clients while analyzing market trends to capitalize on new opportunities.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
  • Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee account management activities to foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Lead outside sales efforts by establishing connections within the industry and attending relevant events.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Solid experience in account management, ensuring client needs are met consistently.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, including business development strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
