Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing leader to manage and perfect our Sales operations and continue to build upon the store's great heritage. This is a Stellantis-brand dealership with long-standing performance and roots in the community. All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
Our GSM will be responsible for strategically ordering inventory, ensuring impactful leadership, growth in the sales operations, and improving the overall client experience to meet and exceed CX expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Operational Accountability:
- Oversee Sales operations including New, Used, and Wholesale operations
- Leading key department managers to ensure synergy between sales staff
- Providing continuous training to sales staff for improvement on customer service and closing ratios
- Updating performance logs to keep deliveries and deals organized
The type of candidate we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a GSM.
- Experience with Stellantis brands or domestic manufacturers considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices, budgeting, and expense management.
- Excellent people management skills such as leadership, team development, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills.
- A person of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Results-driven and career-focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
