Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, generating leads, and supporting our sales team in achieving their targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial services, private equity, or hedge fund experience. This person would also handle High-End events for investors as well. Excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for driving sales growth. This position is crucial in helping us understand market trends and improving our sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Tracking outreach, maintaining and updating contacts. Drafting emails for distribution purposes
- Support the sales team with lead generation and account management activities.
- Conduct product demos to potential clients to showcase our offerings.
- Understand Marketing regulations
- Conduct follow ups, continue unresponsive LPs
- Engage in cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain event calendar and work projects, schedules, and more.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or analytical role, preferably within a similar industry. (2 years or more)
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and direct sales processes.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Tracking outreach, maintaining and updating contacts, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Works well in a fast paced environment
