Sales Manager – Refrigerated and Dry Transportation
GSG Brokerage Inc., a family-owned freight brokerage with over 20 years in business, seeks an ambitious and driven Sales Manager Representative for our refrigerated and dry transportation department in Ontario, CA. The candidate must possess excellent sales and customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position would require working in our freight brokerage division to generate business for our company fleet of 150 trucks and build a team of subhaulers. All candidates will possess the following skills, abilities, and experience:
· Minimum 3 years of Freight Broker experience required.
· Ability to generate freight business from new customers across the USA.
· Responsible for creating and managing a team of subhaulers.
· Ability to work 40-60 hours weekly, including some Saturdays.
· Ability to learn our company’s services.
· Maintain and update delivery schedules.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Enthusiastic, self-motivated, organized, responsible, dependable team player, and punctual.
· Proficient in essential computer and basic math skills, Word and Excel.
· Ability to pass a background check.
· Perform other duties as required by the General Manager.
