The Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales Leadership, you'll drive business growth through new client acquisition and retention. You'll leverage your connections and our expertise and resources to develop a profitable portfolio and provide clients with exceptional insurance access and counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow a portfolio of business focusing on profitable growth and professional standards.
Identify and cultivate new business prospects and opportunities.
Provide expert advice and present tailored insurance solutions to clients.
Implement sales strategies and engage with potential clients through various channels.
Build and maintain your brand with our extensive marketing support.
We’re Looking For
RIBO licensed professionals with a minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience.
Hunters of business. Gatherers/Farmers do not need to apply!
Individuals with excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Team players who value collaboration and can effectively work with colleagues and insurers.
Motivated self-starters with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
CAIB, post-secondary education, or other industry-related designations are advantageous.
