Job Description
Under the supervision of the Program Management Organization, the Account Management Tehcnician will be responsible for communicating and processing data and various forms of information with internal and external stakeholders including: order entry, change orders, delivery information and customer communication.
Tasks
- Process new orders and change orders in the ERP system
- Interacting with customer portals to provided delivery and shipping information
- Process and coordinate customer requests, purchase orders, quotations, issue changes.
- Work with Account Managers to assist in various activities
- Microsoft Excel Experience
