What You’ll Do:
- Lead Sales Strategy: Drive sales growth by creating and implementing innovative strategies tailored to the surf and outdoor sports markets.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and industry influencers to expand our reach.
- Explore New Frontiers: Identify untapped markets and opportunities for growth in outdoor sporting goods and surf sports industries.
- Represent the Brand: Be the face of the company at surf expos, outdoor sporting events, and trade shows, fostering a strong connection to the community.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between customers, sales, and product development teams, ensuring our offerings align with market needs.
- Mentor Future Leaders: Guide and inspire a growing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Education and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional Development (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- HubSpot Sales Management Certification
- Any leadership or project management certifications.
Key Competencies
- Strong understanding of surf and outdoor sports culture and community.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Solid foundation in sales analytics, market research, and trend analysis.
- Solid foundation in online sales and marketing.
- Metrics from past experiences in sales positions.
- Familiarity with the surf, outdoor, and sporting goods retail networks is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of product design or manufacturing processes for surfboards, bodyboards, or similar sporting equipment is a plus.
- Experience in expos and trade shows.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $165,233.00 per year
