Job Description

NOTE: We are looking for someone who can do direct sales in SAAS from an IT services and consulting background

Experience : 10 - 15 years MANDATORY

· Actively seek out and acquire new clients by identifying business opportunities and establishing relationships.

· Understand client needs and requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose tailored solutions.

· Solution Presentation: Present software development solutions that align with the client's needs and demonstrate how the organization's products or services can add value.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.

· Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

· Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

· Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.

· Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

· Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and potential business opportunities.

What We Look For In You:

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in software sales or business development.

· Good experience in SaaS (Software as a Service)

· Experience in B2B Sales

· Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in offshore development services.

· Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and emerging technologies.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

· Willingness to travel.

· Sales targets orientation and achievement are a must.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
