Position Description:

Origis Services is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for comprehensive management of key O&M customer accounts; duties include communication, monitoring and tracking activities while being the point of contact for a portfolio of the company's O&M customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients with a thorough understanding of the customer's strategy, priorities, and organization
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Maintain regular communication and quarterly business reviews to ensure satisfaction of service and address issues
  • Develop strategy for improved customer value and increased level of service
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are being met
  • Implements and improves processes as needed to facilitate increased levels of service
  • Establish best practices and implement process for streamlining invoicing
  • Track and process billables, resolve disputes on invoices, etc.
  • Identify areas of concern in the project portfolio and strategize to solve issues
  • Develop and participate in change management for continuous development of standard operating procedures
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on account status and progress

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the energy industry with preference for solar experience
  • Cross-Functional project management experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts
  • Competence in Microsoft products (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP, and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to present and communicate internally and externally
  • Ability to help build and strengthen an organization, building structure over time

Travel: Up to 20% as needed
