If the answers yes to the above, I'm working with a leading automation business who are looking to expand its Sales team. The business are a leader in the custom automation/assembly space and offer unique solutions to clients assembly needs.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the automotive solution market or equivalent.
- Proven track record in customer relationship management, establishing connections with key decision-makers of clients.
- Expertise in automotives automation solutions, including turnkey projects, familiarity with BIW, powertrain and general assembly.
- Knowledge of diverse customer bases in the US.
- Experience in developing and managing agents across the US for the organization.
- Experienced in working closely with engineering teams to meet clients needs.
What you'll do :
- Drive Business Development initiatives in the USA.
- Lead regional sales and projects to foster business development with existing customers and cultivate relationships with new clients.
- Collaborate with back-end sales and proposal engineering teams to align customer needs/RFQs, define sales strategy, facilitate communication with customers to develop winning solutions, and ensure execution of the sales strategy through presentations and sales efforts.
- Demonstrate multi-organizational collaboration experience as an advantage.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
