Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. This is a key leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate those markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and local businesses.
- Lead business development efforts to expand the customer base and increase market share
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience with the East Bay Area preferred.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in business development and expanding customer base
- Proficiency in Delphi, Amadeus, PEP and Hilton Lobby.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
