POSITION TITLE: Account Manager - Domestic Goods
POSITION LOCATION: Onsite (In-Office)
ADDRESS: 1451 Greenway Drive, Irving TX 75038
SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri approx 8:00AM – 4:00PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project management for various customer brands’ orders, including but not limited to product costing, blanks procurement, embellishment management (screen printing and embroidery), client-specific packaging direction, timeline management, and billing.
- Working in conjunction with Pinpoint’s creative team to present customers with product concepts and designs, both proactively and reactively.
- Working in conjunction with Pinpoint’s web developer(s) to aid in the inception and management of online stores.
- Working in conjunction with Pinpoint’s designers, fellow account managers, fulfillment staff, and ownership to ensure the accurate production, packing, delivery, and billing of various domestically produced goods.
- Aiding in the achievement of all company goals and ownership objectives.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Customer Service or Order Processing, preferably at an established company that produces apparel.
- Functional understanding of blank apparel sourcing, screen printing, and production processes.
- Positive attitude with exceptionally strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage the lifecycle of multiple projects without loss of organization or attention to detail.
- Easy-going personality with an appreciation for low-brow humor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
