Job Description
Entegee Engineering is actively seeking a Sales Engineer with expertise in foundry processes, capital equipment, and territory management for solution selling in the foundry industry.
This is a remote position based in Springfield, OH. This role requires up to 35% travel.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical degree in foundry or engineering disciplines
- Experience with foundry processes and capital equipment
- Strong presentation skills to convey product value
- High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales territory
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and customer accounts within a defined territory
- Leverage network of indirect outside sales reps to achieve goals
- Establish customer rapport and acceptance
- Recommend new and improved products for cost-effectiveness
- Conduct technical presentations explaining products and services
- Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up, secure orders, negotiate prices, complete sales
- Gather system requirements and customer needs to assemble offerings
- Develop formal sales proposals using company templates
- Work with customers and internal engineering team to meet system requirements
- Assist customers with current products, recommend improvements or upgrades
- Log client requests, RFQ progress, and feedback within CRM system
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate solutions to upper management
- Help set and achieve sales goals and quotas
- Train on the technical aspects of company's products and services
- Travel approximately 25-35% per year including 3 days in main office per quarter
