Landscape Maintenance Account Manager
Procida Landscape Inc. Has been providing quality landscape and maintenance services to Sacramento and it surrounding cities since 1980. The key to our success lies within the quality of our staff, our ever growing client base and the continued growth of the Sacramento area. Due to our continued growth we are looking to expand our staff, and we are seeking an Account Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of well-established maintenance accounts:
Account manager duties:
· Organize and lead an experienced staff to provide a quality landscape maintenance services to our clientele.
· Oversee and coordinate daily crew schedules with staff to ensure that client needs are met.
· Maintain strong communications with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Propose estimates for landscape upgrades.
· Join in companies commitments to provide a safe working environment.
Requirements:
· A qualified candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills needed in communicating with clientele.
· Candidate must have good organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Valid California Driver’s License.
· Have strong knowledge of Irrigation systems, trees, shrubs and turf and their care.
