Rocket Steel Canada is the leading provider for steel buildings in Canada. At Rocket Steel Canada, we take pride in delivering high-quality and cost-effective buildings that meet our customers’ needs exactly and on time. We are looking for individuals to grow with us and be with our company long-term.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by actively engaging with customers and promoting our buildings. The Sales Representative is responsible for selling and maintaining a strong customer base.

We always are on the lookout for individuals who want to be part of our expanding and successful team of sales representatives. We want people with a positive attitude and will take the time to train and develop their skills in a positive work environment. We are looking to hire multiple candidates.

This is a commission-onlyposition, with the potential to earn $75,000 - $150,000+ in your first year.

Responsibilities:
Act as the contact for customers through phone, email, and text

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in sales environment required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills required.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive speaking style.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks
  • A positive attitude
  • Strong phone presence

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Newmarket, ON L3Y 7B9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
