Surgenor National Leasing is an independent national vehicle and equipment leasing company assisting our clients for over 50+ years. We are in Ottawa, Ontario. We have been serving the vehicle and equipment needs of business professionals, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations and companies large and small. We serve accounts in the Ottawa-Gatineau area, as well as nationally, so no matter where our clients are located, we can be there for them.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the existing leasing customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current rental rates and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and client information.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions.
- Analyze leasing data and generate reports.
- Have the ability to cold-call potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining clients. Your responsibilities will include marketing our units, conducting showings, negotiating lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you should have strong business development and sales skills, as well as the ability to lead a team. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is also required. Pay: $54,739.49-$59,240.95 per year
