Seeking a Sales Manager
Ocean Media, Publishers of the My Living Magazines, has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager in our Stuart Florida Corporate Office. We are an established direct mail company seeking a motivated leader with a desire to lead a team of Outside Account Executives. Generous base pay of $100,000 plus a bonus potential of an additional $50,000. Many Benefits included such as Medical, 401k, and more.
Responsibilities
In this position you will need to train, coach and work independently with a group of professional outside sellers. Effective communication skills with the entire management team required. Candidate must have a proven track record in managing at high standards of revenue and account growth. In addition, spending quality field time on both coaching and on-going sales training. Strong leadership skills and a winning attitude are a must!
