Sales Application Engineer

Location: Flower Mound, TX

The Sales Application Engineer is a key member of the Sales team, responsible for providing technical support on applications and products to customers. This role will manage a wide variety of projects and tasks related to customer applications and solutions. The Sales Application Engineer must have the technical knowledge and expertise necessary to provide technical guidance and assistance to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice on applications and products to customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues related to applications and products
• Deliver presentations and technical training to customers
• Gather feedback to update existing applications and products
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Assist in the development of product and application specifications
• Test and analyze applications and products to ensure quality
• Develop proposals and quotations for new customer applications and projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in technical support and customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of programming languages and software development methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
