Job Summary
Gary Yeomans Ford Frankfort is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a passion for achieving sales targets while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring the team effectively engages with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires on Salesforce and other sales tools to ensure effective usage.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in technical sales or business development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $58,038.00 - $100,000.00 per year
