Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring the team effectively engages with potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires on Salesforce and other sales tools to ensure effective usage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in technical sales or business development is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
