Full Job Description
We are a growing financial services company looking to expand our inside sales team. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with financial phone sales experience. We provide consumers with an array of debt resolution products; each consumer situation is unique, and our experienced agents will help find the right solution for them. Must possess the ability to analyze a client’s financial situation and describe in detail how our programs may benefit them!
We are looking for hungry, experience Closers to add to our Team,

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take Inbound and Outbound Calls- Call potential customers and verifying information on the pre-approved application.
  • Top Closers with Mailer Experience
  • Fast-paced, high call sales volume environment.
  • Coachable
  • Receive and work fresh leads daily through Transfers and inbound calls
  • Complete a business finance application and evaluation
  • Consult with clients on debt relief and Loan options to help pay off their consumer debt
  • Explain program options, upload documents for underwriter approval.
  • Enroll qualified clients
  • No Cold calling

Education/Experience:
College Degree or High School Diploma
Serious Experienced Sales Candidates Only!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16 per hour + Commission + Sign on bonus

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Debt Relief: min of 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
