Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our team. 2-year + experience in landscape Maintenance a must!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and developing new Enhancement business opportunities, scheduling work crews, organizing materials, and equipment.

Responsibilities
- Utilize Aspire software tools to manage customer accounts and crews effectively
- Drive profitable sales growth by identifying new business opportunities from existing customer base
- Analyze production and sales data and develop strategies to achieve success
- Provide exceptional account management services to clients

- The position is responsible to ensure that production is efficient meeting workload, scope, and production standards

- Ability to effectively supervise and direct crews to meet or exceed customer expectations while not exceeding labor and material budgets
- Help train and develop production team to provide excellent customer service

Skills
- Proven experience with horticultural practices.
- Strong account management skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data and implementing changes.
- Demonstrated business development and leadership skills

Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:
- Commercial Landscape / Horticultural experience necessary

- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous success in team development
- Additional Certifications:
- WA Commercial Pesticide Applicator's License would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
