Job Description
- Answering incoming customer calls to take orders and enter orders into software system for timely and accurate processing of order.
- Determines the lead time for order production and delivery and works with logistics on the correct truck route for timely and accurate processing of order.
- Provides excellent customer service including sales, technical support, researching and assisting with resolving account issues.
- Assists other departments with customer inquiries and concerns to ensure sales orders are processed to meet customer needs.
- Responds to customer calls and emails and uses effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Shares interactions with customers that might require outside sales attention such as complaints or additional sales opportunities.
- Effectively works with a team to meet and exceed goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
