We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Professional to join our dynamic team. As the Director of Sales & Operations Planning, you will play a crucial role in aligning our clients’ sales and operational strategies to optimize efficiency and meet customer demand.

Sales and Operations Planning: Drive the S&OP process, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data exchange and decision-making. Facilitate regular S&OP meetings across sites to review performance, address deviations, and adjust plans accordingly.- Knowledge Transfer: Inventory and understand tools, methodologies, resources, and templates to build an internal sustainable S&OP program. Consultancy group currently supporting.
- Process Ownership: Accountability for consistent adoption and execution of the complete end-to-end S&OP process, standards, and tactical operations across the ERMCO Enterprise.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive S&OP strategies that align with organizational goals to enhance overall business performance.
- Forecasting and Demand Planning: Lead the development of a consensus forecast and collaborate with commercial teams to drive accurate planning.
- Supply / Production Planning: Oversee development of an accurate supply plan which balances production across facilities and assets to ensure manufacturing and cost efficiencies.
- Inventory Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory, balancing cost and service levels.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of S&OP processes, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of operations.
- Technology Integration: Identify opportunities for usage of advanced technologies and tools to enhance S&OP processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry best practices and technological advancements related to Sales & Operations processes, seeking opportunities for process optimization and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and a minimum of ten years of experience in supply chain. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a Senior Sales & Operations Planning role, demonstrating strategic leadership and successful implementation of S&OP processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work in fast paced manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Sales &Operations software and tools is a plus
