As an Inside Sales Specialist, Representative, or Account Manager at Turn 14 Distribution, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while driving revenue growth. This position involves handling inbound communications, maintaining customer relationships, and serving as a knowledgeable resource on all aspects of Turn 14 Distribution. You will actively contribute to the company's agenda, meet sales targets, and stay informed about industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication:
- Be available during business hours to handle incoming phone calls, emails, and instant messages from customers.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and requests.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key staff within the customer base. • Act as a trusted liaison between customers and various departments within Turn 14 Distribution. Product and Company Expertise:

- Actively participate in the company's growth and success.
- Attend and actively engage in new product training provided by company vendors. • Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and industry developments.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Turn 14 Distribution brands within your assigned segment.
- Provide customers with in-depth information about product lines.
- Drive to meet or exceed assigned revenue and margin targets and quotas.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.
- Research competitors in the market and understand their strengths and weaknesses. • Use this knowledge to position Turn 14 Distribution effectively.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, actively contribute with new ideas, and discuss current challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the sales strategy.
- Log all unmatchable deals in the system to provide management with insights into the competitive market landscape.
