Dental Sales Consultant

Ideal candidates will have B2C sales background in an industry such as weight loss (e.g., Jenny Craig, Profile Plan, Physicians Weight Loss Centers, etc.) body shaping/body aesthetics (e.g., Ideal Image, Sono Bello, LightRx, Sona Medspa, etc.), hair/skin rejuvenation (e.g., Hair Club for Men, American Laser Centers, etc.) or cosmetic/plastic surgery.

Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and quotations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required

Primary Responsibilities

Manage follow up process with any prospective patients that may not be ready to start treatment on the day of consultation.
Complete necessary system documentation for each prospective patient consultation.
Present available financing options to prospective patients.
Excellent sales skills (B2C experience preferred)
Strong communication, relationship building, follow up and organizational skills
Professional self-starter with a drive and initiative to succeed
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Experience with Salesforce (preferred, but not required)
