Kubota of Tulsa is growing and has a need for a General Sales Manager who has the desire to grow with our company!

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales operations at Kubota of Tulsa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. If you have a passion for agriculture, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our store's growth and success!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track individual and team performance.
  • Take proactive measures to address performance gaps and ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture within the sales team to deliver exceptional service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels and product availability to meet customer demand.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Previous experience in sales, automotive, retail management, or F&I is preferred.
  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Parts and machinery knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Pre-employment drug screening required

Monday - Friday: Full-Time

Saturday: 8 am - Noon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
