The Marketing and Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to drive results and meet targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and manage the marketing and sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Define target markets and customer segments, and develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product development and operations teams to identify market opportunities and develop product/service offerings.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and KPIs to measure marketing and sales effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, including branding, messaging, and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 25% travel

Ability to Relocate:

  • Chino, CA 91710: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
