Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through active sales efforts and strategic partnerships, with oversight from the VP of Sales. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, following up with leads, organizing and hosting open houses and showroom tours, attending industry events, and working with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Generate and follow up on leads to further the sales process and increase conversion rates.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Set and achieve sales goals and objectives aligned with company targets.
- Adhere to Roof and Realm’s “10 Points of Contact” strategy to optimize closing rates.
- Provide tracking and analytics to management, including insights on target marketing areas.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead quality and capture new clients.
- Follow up with both past clients and non-converted leads as directed by management.
- Develop expertise in modular construction, communicating its benefits effectively.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position based in our Concord, CA office. The role requires availability five days a week, with occasional weekends and participation in trade shows and events. As a sales-driven role, client engagement and responsiveness are key priorities.

We seek a motivated, competitive, and articulate Sales Manager with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious sales goals. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by developing new leads, understanding client needs, and ensuring a seamless sales process. You should be comfortable with high-volume outreach, building and leveraging partner relationships, and achieving quarterly targets.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound outreach.
- Conduct needs analysis to align product offerings with client requirements.
- Route qualified leads to senior sales executives for further action.
- Close sales and meet quarterly revenue quotas.
- Expand your prospect database within your territory.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build a robust sales pipeline and close deals.
- Contribute to marketing strategies, sales development, and growth initiatives.
- Provide accurate sales projections and performance updates to management.
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Excellent phone presence, skilled in making multiple calls daily.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and web-based productivity tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple assignments.
