Job Description
Summary – This Inside Sales / Application Engineer will work with the outside sales team and customer to assemble and submit quotations.
- Complete quotations for customer based on information provided.
- Communicate with customer / outside salesman to understand the requirements and submit an accurate quote.
- Process and acknowledge order to customer.
- Enter and track customer quotations in CRM.
- Work with manufacturer / suppliers to fulfill customer orders.
- Know status of order and keep customer updated.
- Follow-up on open quotations and work to close
- Continued education on products to enhance knowledge base and capabilities.
- Understands Sense of Urgency!
Qualifications
- Experience in role / industry a positive but not necessary; will train the right candidate.
- Strong technical solution and developmental skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and designs clearly.
- Strong team player, work ethic and commitment to job
