Lighting Service Specialist Responsibilities

Respond to incoming new and existing client service requests via phone or email
Endeavor to convert first contact customers to long-term service agreement partners
Assign field service technicians to on demand lighting and electrical services and regularly scheduled maintenance visits
Provide Labor Time and Material estimates to clients for service upgrade projects
Work with Lighting Designer to develop LED lighting specification skills
Partner with Sales Inside Sales Rep to grow service department and offerings
Assist project management group in building bills of material for service calls and larger projects
Order and track material to ensure timely arrival for installation date
Assist Sales and Project Management teams with vendor follow-up, data entry, profitability reports, etc.
Generate billing reports for service client customers

Compensation Package

Salary: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Job profit-based incentive bonus

Expected hours: 40 per week

Requirements:

Prior experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Administrative Support, and/or Dispatching Outside Employees
Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; SharePoint experience is a plus
Experience with Service Trade or similar program is ideal
Adept at learning and using new software programs quickly
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Performance-driven, reliable, self-starter
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and acceptable driving record

Job Type:

Full-time, Day shift, Monday to Friday

In person at office located in Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043

Experience

Service dispatch, Trades-related customer service, or project management experience: 3-5 years minimum
QuickBooks: 1+ year (Preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 5+ years (Preferred)

Language Ability:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
