As one of the fastest-growing insulation companies in the nation, we are seeking a talented and driven Sales Managerto collaborate with us on a 1099 contractor basis and help take our business to new heights.

Your Role:
As our Sales Manager (Contractor), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success, responsible for:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Generating leads and exceeding sales goals.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  • Quoting & Pricing: Preparing quotes and pricing schedules.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Building strong relationships through networking events and outreach.
  • Sales & Marketing Coordination: Aligning sales efforts with our marketing programs.
  • Operations Strategy: Developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
  • Program Promotion: Understanding and promoting our company’s programs and offerings.
  • Contract Management: Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Client Visits: Visiting clients and potential clients to assess their needs and promote our products and services.

Compensation Structure (varies based on location):
As a 1099 contractor, the compensation for this role is 100% commission-based. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, allowing for high rewards based on the sales you generate. In addition to commissions, we offer attractive bonuses and incentive programs to further enhance your earnings:

  • Physical Requirements: Willingness and ability to pass a pulmonary fit test and work in tight spaces, including attics.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
