emi landscape, a leading, independently owned company in the commercial landscape and snow and ice management industry, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on being the most responsive company in our field, and we’re looking for someone who can uphold our commitment to exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships while driving additional sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with production managers to implement maintenance service contracts and coordinate enhancement projects.
- Prepare and present proposals to enhance clients' properties.
- Participate in weekly meetings to review sales goals, project progress, and potential leads.
- Conduct site audits to ensure quality control and proactively address any site-specific issues.
- Participate in winter operations, with potential work hours during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in landscape maintenance standards, plant material knowledge, and installation practices.
- Experience as an Account Manager in the commercial landscape industry.
- Strong engagement skills with clients, providing prompt and effective support.
- Proactive mindset, able to anticipate and address potential client concerns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and industry-specific software tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
