Core Responsibilities
- Directly manages team of 6 advertising account executives located in Oak Brook, IL and Southfield, MI.
- Oversees the hiring, training, evaluating and assisting of a motivated staff to carry out advertising sales functions.
- Develops relationships with advertising agencies and clients in the marketplace alongside sales team members.
- Coaches advertising account executives to develop media campaigns that meet agency needs, client goals and budget requirements.
- Creates a positive, winning sales culture where media industry expertise and sales skills are continually growing and developing.
- Works collaboratively with sellers and partner teams developing business pitches and sales presentations that support the product value proposition.
- Provides regular sales forecasting and business reviews.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Approximately 25% travel necessary between Oak Brook, IL and Southfield, MI to meet with team members and attend agency and client meetings.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
