Role Description:

We are currently seeking a sales engineer to develop product and service solutions with our customers’ purchasing and engineering teams. The “perfect fit” candidate will be able to develop and implement solutions to grow our existing customer base and find new opportunities for immediate and long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities:

This position plays an integral part in the communication of the design, form, fit and function of our products to our customers’ engineers, purchasing department and plant personnel. This position is responsible for curating and cultivating current and prospective customer relationships and sales.

Role Objectives:

· Grow and strengthen current customer relationships.

· Generate new business opportunities.

· Communicate routinely with our home corporate team.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Frequent travel, including overnight.

· Familiarity with OEM’s.

· Understanding and experience with long term sales channels.

· Excellent negotiator.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Team oriented.

· Highly organized.

· Ability to build long term and lasting business relationships.

· Effectively manage sales opportunities and document accordingly.

· Four-year accredited college and/or technical degree in related field.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range & Benefits:

base salary + commission on new business
