What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Face of HomeWell: Build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, community leaders, and referral sources to generate quality client leads.
  • Champion Our Services: Educate the community about HomeWell’s unique programs that set us apart in the home care industry.
  • Achieve Sales Excellence: Proactively drive new business, set and exceed sales targets, and lead our revenue growth.
  • Grow Visibility: Attend key industry events, seminars, and meetings to elevate our brand recognition.
  • Track Success: Use CRM tools (preferably WellSky Personal Care) to monitor your leads and performance.
What You Must Bring:

  • Proven Sales Success: You’ve been a top performer with 3-5 years of sales experience in the home care or healthcare industry.
  • Networking Expert: You have a deep network of contacts in the community, from healthcare professionals to referral partners, and know how to leverage them to drive business.
  • Goal-Oriented & Self-Driven: You’re proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love reaching for new heights.
  • Self-Motivated and Organized : Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track sales metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to drive growth.
  • Education: Bachelors degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,670.00 - $85,487.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission paid monthly.
Experience:

  • Home Health, hospice or skilled nursing: 3-5 years (Preferred)
  • B2B sales: 3 -5 years (Required)
  • Presentation skills: 3 -5vyears (Preferred)
